All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Delivery time within the UK is approximately 2-4 days from shipping. Delivery outside of the UK is dependant on local services. I am not responsible for postal service problems that are outside of my control.
All orders (except for bookplates only) are sent by tracked mail.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are dependant on total order weight and destination. Rates calculated using Royal Mail (UK) service.
International Shipping
I offer international shipping worldwide.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me and I’ll look into it for you.
Refunds and returns
All orders are unrefundable once shipped. Personalised orders are unrefundable once processed. I do not accept returns.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible with a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
